September 10th did I say? whoops.
Sorry guys, but I've had a LOT going on with school, volunteer work, and attempting to be social.
But here is an update on my life:
I got back a little over two months ago, it feels like forever. So much has happened since then too. due to a few circumstances (which I'll explain later) I'll be graduating a year late. No matter though. I won't be sitting around twiddling my thumbs in the meantime. I started most of my courses for school a little over a month ago. This semester I'm taking English, Chem 1, German, Spanish, Middle Eastern History, and Health. This isn't the largest course load I've ever had, but it definitely isn't tiny. I will also be taking my P-SAT and ACT this semester. For some people, these tests don't matter, but if I want to get into my top university (which I'll tell once I've sent in my application), I need to have VERY good scores.
Next Semester, I will be taking College Algebra at the University in Anchorage. Along with a few normal high-school courses. I MIGHT also be taking Trigonometry in the Summer at the University (Trigonometry =/= Germany). For those of you who don't know how intense that will be to take a Summer Uni course, I'll tell you right now, it's packing 9 months of Trigonometry into about 3 months.... Intense
Graduating late: I've decided, I should do well in school while I have the chance, and take this time to improve my test scores, and grades overall. (If I didn't take the extra year, I would have to decide by December where I'm applying to for school. AND have all my tests done by then too.) If I want to get into my top university, I need to take the time to polish my resume.
Good scores = study, study, study
At this point, my life really isn't that exciting (LOTS of studying). So no pictures. But it DID, in fact, snow two nights ago! And it stuck.
I have to go study (no really, I have to study, SAT math drills)
I'll update you all after I take my PSAT October 17th. As always, thanks for reading.
See ya later
